Terms of Service

Service availability

Photo previews and character selection are available without a purchase. Video generation becomes available when the Generate Dance button is enabled. A generated video is saved to My Videos. The current generation specification is an 8-second vertical 9:16 MP4 video without audio, rendered in Standard 480p quality (50 credits) or Sharp 720p HD quality (100 credits); processing time varies with the provider queue.

Eligibility and permission

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only your own photo or a photo of another adult who has explicitly authorized this use. Do not upload minors, private images, or material you do not have permission to use. Pet photos may produce unpredictable results; clear adult portraits are recommended.

Acceptable use

Do not create sexual, exploitative, harassing, hateful, unlawful, or deceptive content. Do not impersonate others in a misleading way or suggest that a person endorses a product or message without permission. We may reject prohibited requests and suspend misuse.

AI output

AI-generated videos can contain visual artifacts, identity changes, or unexpected motion. Results may differ between photos and templates. Review your output before sharing, and disclose AI generation when required by the platform or applicable rules. You are responsible for the material you upload and how you use the result.
